Joining the program
The program is operated by Darwin Labs Inc. Creating an account does not guarantee approval. We review applications individually and may suspend or reject partners. Your referral code becomes active after approval and while the program accepts new referrals.
Commission and eligibility
The current commission terms appear in your affiliate account. When a customer claims your code, we save the applicable commission percentage, earning window, and hold period for that referral. Later changes apply to new referrals. The earning window starts when the referred customer first starts their subscription, including any trial.
Commissions apply to payments actually collected for eligible subscriptions during that window. Free trials, sandbox transactions, family sharing, and existing subscribers do not earn commissions. A code must be claimed before the customer starts a subscription or trial. The first valid claim is retained for the subscription; later links or codes cannot replace it.
Net proceeds and refunds
Net proceeds mean subscription revenue after store fees, taxes, and refunds. Dashboard amounts use RevenueCat’s estimates in USD and may be reconciled against store financial reports. Unknown fees or partial refunds require review. Refunds reverse the associated commission; a refund after payment is deducted from future earnings. A refund does not erase the original transaction or payment history.
Manual payouts
Commissions become eligible after the hold period shown in your account. Payments are made manually once the available balance reaches the current payout minimum. All balances and the minimum are denominated in USD. Payment timing and method are arranged directly with the partner; an available balance is not a promise of an automatic payment on a particular date. Partners are responsible for their own taxes and for providing accurate payment details through an agreed channel.
Honest promotion
Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission when recommending SwingLoop. Describe the app accurately. Self-referrals, fabricated purchases, spam, misleading discounts, impersonation, and bidding on SwingLoop brand terms without permission are not permitted. Referral codes do not grant a discount or unlock app access.
Tracking and privacy
Referral pages record link opens, which can include repeat visits or bots. Supported app versions automatically apply a referral when the customer opens its link in the app; manual code entry is also available. After a new iPhone installation, the customer must return to the referral link and open it in SwingLoop. A website visit alone does not prove an installation or sale. We retain referral identifiers, subscription events, commission adjustments, and payment records to operate and audit the program. Changes and questions
We may update program terms for future referrals, close applications, or pause new referrals. Existing legitimate referrals retain the commission terms saved when their code was claimed. Contact support@golfswingloop.com about invitations, payment arrangements, disputed attribution, or corrections.
